speed automatic gear box that instantaneously transmits nearly 100% of its torque from the motor to the wheels. This requires a finely tuned gear ratio to achieve maximum torque and minimum gear noise.
Our rubber coated metal and edge bonded gasket technology can achieve the tight thickness tolerances making gear shimming easier or even unnecessary when assembling the gear box. In some cases achieving metal to metal contact leaving the fasteners as the only cause of joint relaxation.
